Submissions must accurately report methods and results, credit prior work and disclose relevant conflicts. Authors remain responsible for the manuscript, including any use of AI-assisted tools. The final screening, disclosure and appeal procedures will be announced.
Respectful participation
ICIEAM is intended to support respectful academic discussion. Participants should engage professionally and avoid harassment or discrimination. A reporting contact and detailed code of conduct will be published before the conference.
Privacy
This preview does not collect manuscript uploads, registration details or payments and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Submission and registration are planned through iConf; applicable provider and organizer privacy terms will be linked before those services open. Hosting may maintain routine service logs.
Cancellation & refunds
Final cancellation, refund, substitution and event change terms are to be announced. No payment is requested before those terms are published.
